All necessary technical and organizational measures have been implemented to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of personal data. Nevertheless, the user should be aware that Internet security measures are not absolute and there may be breaches resulting from malicious acts by third parties.

We also inform you that the data you provide through the website will be processed according to the record of personal data processing activities owned by LOREM SOLEA S.L., under the responsibility of the company. Such data will be treated confidentially and exclusively by LOREM SOLEA S.L.

Data collection will be carried out by filling in the forms in the different sections of the website. Data collection may occur through forms, interaction with the chatbot/conversational AI, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. By clicking “Send” or interacting with the chatbot and accepting the privacy policy, the user consents to their data being incorporated into LOREM SOLEA S.L. systems for the corresponding purpose.

 

Data Processing in the Chatbot / Conversational AI
When the user interacts with the chatbot available on our website or other digital channels, the following data may be processed:

  • Content of messages or inquiries sent
  • Technical metadata (time of access, language, device, approximate country, etc.)
  • Voluntarily provided data, which may include personal data if the user enters them



Purposes of processing through the chatbot:

  • To provide automated assistance
  • To respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, bookings, or products

Use for System Training

Data entered into the chatbot will not be used to train external AI models and may only be used internally to improve service performance under minimization and anonymization criteria.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

Making a booking implies the client’s agreement with the following terms:

Changes and cancellations: Any change or cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this period or in case of no-show, 50% of the cost of the booked treatment(s) will be charged. Additionally, in the event of three consecutive cancellations, 50% of the cost of the booked treatment(s) will also be charged.

Delays: In case of the client’s late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened. If the service does not allow this, the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.

Notice: To request a change or cancellation of a booking, the client must notify us by phone or WhatsApp at +34637717810. The booking will not be considered final until it is accepted and confirmed by Glow Beauty.

Deposit refund and usage: If the client cancels or changes their appointment more than 24 hours in advance, they can use the deposit towards other services or request a refund. This refund will be the deposit amount minus the fee charged by Stripe (the online booking company).

Return Policy: The return period for products is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned sealed and in perfect condition. Returns made after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase will be rejected. The amount paid for the product will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, and a proof of purchase must be provided.

Data Collection Clause in the Contact Form

In order to fulfill the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679, LOREM SOLEA S.L. informs you that by checking this box, you give your consent for your personal data to be included in the personal data files of LOREM SOLEA S.L. for the provision of the company’s services and for commercial prospecting purposes.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates and Gifts

• 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Booking is subject to availability of services at Glow Beauty Puerto Banús.
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered as service rendered.
• In case of client delay, the treatment time will be shortened. If the service does not allow this, the appointment will be canceled according to the cancellation policy.
